About Yehuda

Yehuda Ostroy is an operator and advisor with a track record of leading complex projects across real estate, construction, and entrepreneurial environments.

He has held senior roles, including Director of New Construction at Imperial Real Estate Agency, where he led the execution and sale of large-scale residential developments, as well as Construction Manager at New York Major Construction and Director of Project Management at Masserano Real Estate & Consulting. Across these roles, he has been responsible for aligning teams, building systems, and driving projects from vision through completion with clarity and accountability.

In his current work, Yehuda partners with founders and business owners as a fractional integrator, ensuring that ideas are translated into structured execution and consistent results. He is known for his ability to bring clarity to complexity, remove operational friction, and create environments where people and projects can move forward with ownership and direction.

Yehuda holds a B.S. in Biology from Touro College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
